At Pilates By Rina, we offer various comprehensive Pilates workouts. We welcome beginners or those more experienced in Pilates. We create programs designed to meet your needs and unique abilities
1. Classical mat group classes
These 50 minute classes are done on our in-house traditional Pilates mats where we learn and work through some of the 34 exercises that Joe Pilates taught on the mat. Proper form and variations for safety are always the priority for participants. Other small props that might be used include: magic circles, light weights, small barrels, toe correctors, etc.
2. Reformer group classes
These 50 minute, small group classes are limited to 4 participants for maximum attention. The reformer is an apparatus that has a flat, moving carriage loaded with 4 springs. They are also outfitted with a jump board for an extra challenge. This full body workout uses resistance to strengthen, lengthen, and tone.
3. Tower group classes
These 50 minute, small group classes are limited to 5 participants for maximum attention. The wall unit tower is an apparatus loaded with springs. The bars help with some of the spinal and ab exercises. you will feel challenged with this full body workout
4. Private session
This 55 minute session focuses on what your individual body needs. Private sessions allow you to progress through the system with no cookie cutter exercises. Whether you are an athlete, returning to exercise, or recovering from an injury, we have access to a complete selection of apparatus suitable to all participants. This will be a safe full body workout that will give you results!
5. Duet sessions
This 55 minute class is using all the principles of the private session but with 2 participants with similar fitness levels, Pilates knowledge, and session goals
